Lost a top-10 finish, dropping from 10th to 13th, after making contact with Marcus Ericsson causing damage to Herta’s rear wing.
“Not really the race we wanted. We started eighth, finished 13th. The Gainbridge car was fast in clean air, the only problem was we didn’t get a lot of it. We were always in traffic and battling. We had great pit stops and in and out laps. We put ourselves in a good position to crack that top five, but had some contact with some guys and got shuffled around then ended up getting the worse half of it – 13th it is. We’ll take it on the chin and move on to preparations for the 105th Running of the Indianapolis 500 Presented by Gainbridge.”
