Dale Coyne Racing with HMD driver David Malukas (#18 HMD) scored his second career NTT INDYCAR SERIES podium on Sunday with a third-place finish at the Bommarito Automotive Group 500 at World Wide Technology Raceway. His teammate Sting Ray Robb (#51 Dale Coyne Racing with RWR Goodheart/Biohaven Honda) finished 21st. Details for both drivers are below.
Dale Coyne Racing with RWR driver Sting Ray Robb (#51 Goodheart/Biohaven) put in a strong performance in Sunday’s Bommarito Automotive Group 500 at World Wide Technology Raceway to place 21st.

Robb ran strong throughout the 260-lap race, putting in one of his stronger oval performances this season.
The rookie did however end up on his own lap at one point, which forced the team into their own fuel saving strategy.
The driver of the #51 Goodheart/Biohaven car did a good job saving fuel while still running competitively, but due to being the only car on his lap, he wasn’t able to make up any positions in the process.
From that point on, Robb stayed out of trouble and went on to take the checkered flag in 21st place.

“it was a decent day today. I’m proud of the team, we keep getting better every weekend. We rolled off the truck really strong and the pace was really good. A couple of mistakes on my end cost us a better finish. I think we could’ve been top 15. Congratulations to David (Malukas) for finishing third, super proud for him and the team. I’m looking forward to the west coast swing, two of my favorite tracks and I’m looking forward to finishing strong.”
