The Bommarito Automotive Group 500 will be the 13th INDYCAR SERIES race at World Wide Technology Raceway and the sixth since the series returned to the short oval in 2017 after a 13-year break. It will also be the fourth and final oval race of the 2021 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season.
James Hinchcliffe, who has led 20 laps in his three starts at World Wide Technology Raceway, has never qualified outside of the top 10 and had his best finish of eighth in 2017.
