From the Cockpit:
Brandon Jones: “Our No. 19 Menards/Jeld-Wen team is excited to be heading into the first round of the Xfinity Series Playoffs. Las Vegas Motor Speedway is the perfect track for us, and we will be going in with some momentum from our strong fifth-place finish at Bristol. We have had several solid runs with six top-seven finishes on the mile and a half. Las Vegas has become one of my favorite tracks and with the Playoffs just beginning, it’s a really important time to keep our rhythm, be aggressive and be smart. I’m pumped to start the battling in the Round of 12. I believe the key is to dig deep in our notebook, pull from our experiences, run several laps at TRD and review the film to exploit our strengths. This team has high expectations, and we are determined to keep advancing toward the championship four.”
TIL NEXT TIME, I AM STILL WORKING ON MY REDNECK!
