Top-10 Streak: Bell returns to the track this weekend on a four-race streak of top-10 finishes. In Road America Bell finished second, then followed it up with an eighth place run at Atlanta, a second-place finish in Loudon and he took home seventh at Watkins Glen.

Watkins Glen Recap: Bell started at the back of the field and with the help of some pit strategy, combined with a fast No. 20 Toyota Camry found himself running second and hunting down the leader. Unfortunately, another car spun him out, costing positions on track. Bell was able to work his way back to a seventh-place finish.

RACE INFO: The Verizon 200 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course begins at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, August 15, 2021. The race will be broadcast live on NBC, SiriusXM 90, and IMS Radio.

From the Cockpit:

Christopher Bell: “We had another great road course showing last week at Watkins Glen so I’m expecting more of the same this week in Indy. I’d love nothing more than to kiss the bricks!”
