No. 20 STANLEY Toyota Camry News and Notes:
Dover International Speedway: Christopher Bell will make his third NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) start at Dover International Speedway this weekend. Bell made his first two Dover starts in 2020 while the Cup Series visited the 1.0-mile concrete oval for a double header weekend. Bell struggled with handling in each race, finishing 22nd on Saturday and 27th on Sunday.
Monster Mile: Bell has four prior starts at Dover in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) and has tamed the Monster Mile twice, taking home the wins in the fall of 2018 and the spring of 2019. Overall, Bell has two wins, three top-five and three top-10 finishes at Dover.
On Top the Box: Crew chief Adam Stevens has been on top of the pit box for 11 races at Dover and has earned one win, four top-five and seven top-10 finishes.
Featured on the No.20 Toyota Camry: No. 20 Toyota Camry will carry the STANLEY colors this weekend at Dover.
Darlington Recap: Bell had a strong run going at Darlington Raceway and was running fifth with 10 laps remaining. With five laps to go he came over the radio to the team that he had a flat tire. Bell pitted under green with four laps to go for right-side tires. Despite the additional green flag stop, Bell was able to salvage a 14th-place finish.
JGR at Dover: JGR has claimed nine NCS victories at Dover. In 146 combined starts at the 1.0-mile concrete oval, the organization has tallied 48 top-five finishes, 75 top-10s and 3,336 laps led. The championship-winning organization has won 10 pole awards with an average start of 12.6 an average finish of 15.1.
RACE INFO: The Drydene 400 at Dover International Speedway begins at 2:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 16, 2021. The race will be broadcast live on FS1, SiriusXM 90, and MRN Radio.
