No. 19 Menards/Tuscany Toyota Supra News and Notes:
BRANDON JONES AT TALLADEGA: Brandon Jones and the 19 Menards/Tuscany team are headed to Talladega Superspeedway after a weekend off. This will be Jones’ seventh start on the 2.66-mile Superspeedway, and he finished strong there last year with a fourth-place finish. The goal is to stay out of the “Big One” and work with his Joe Gibbs Racing teammates. Drafting with the right drivers will be the key and being there at the end so he can fight for the win. Jones and his Menards/Tuscany team have a little extra incentive this trip racing for the Dash 4 Cash prize.
DASH4CASH: Jones qualified for the upcoming Dash 4 Cash race at Talladega Superspeedway with his fifth-place finish at Martinsville Speedway. Jones will be competing against Josh Berry, Noah Gragson and Daniel Hemric for the $100,000 prize. The highest finisher out of those four will take home the prize at the end of the day.
TUSCANY: Tuscany faucets and fixtures including sinks, toilets and bath hardware are sold exclusively at Menards.
JGR AT TALLADEGA: JGR has 55 Xfinity Series starts at Talladega Superspeedway and has earned five wins, five poles, 16 top-five and 23 top-10 finishes. The championship-winning organization has an average start of 10.8 and an average finish of 16.7.

From the Cockpit:
Brandon Jones: “We had a very strong top-five finish at Martinsville which qualified us for the Xfinity Series Dash 4 Cash. We are coming back from an off weekend and are focused on Talladega. I can’t wait to get strapped into the cockpit and tackle the biggest oval on the circuit. It is so exhilarating and challenges all the driver’s skills. It’s a track where I have been so close in the past, and I know we will be in contention to run well there in our Menards Toyota Supra. I have been watching previous races and working with my teammates to prepare for the drafting and wild scenarios that Talladega can bring. We have Menards/Tuscany on board this weekend and it would be great to get a good finish for them. With no drafting practice, we will have to depend on help from our teammates and trust each other. Bottom line is we need to stay out of someone else’s mistake and the “Big One.” When it comes down to the end all bets are off. We will be going for the win and I’ll also be racing for the Dash 4 Cash.”
TIL NEXT TIME, I AM STILL WORKING ON MY REDNECK!
