No. 20 DEX Imaging Toyota Supra News and Notes:
· Viva Las Vegas: Harrison Burton and his DEX Imaging team make the trip out west this weekend for their first of two stops during the 2021 season at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. In his previous outing at the 1.5-mile facility last September, Burton started fifth and finished ninth in his DEX Imaging Supra. In total, Burton his two NASCAR Xfinity Series starts under his belt in Las Vegas, with one top-five and two top-10 finishes on his resume.
· Homestead-Miami Speedway Recap: The NASCAR Xfinity Series ended their “Florida Swing” to kick off the season last Saturday at Homestead-Miami Speedway. After starting third, Burton was a mainstay inside the top 10 during his run until a mechanical failure on lap 70 ended his day, relegating the DEX Imaging team to a 39th-place finish.
· Starting Spot Secured: Burton and his DEX Imaging team will start 22nd on Saturday afternoon in Las Vegas.
· Unique View: Fans watching on TV will be able to get an up-close and personal view of what it’s like to ride around Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday, as Burton will be running the Toyota Racing Visor Cam throughout the race.
· Point Standings: Following their three races in Florida, Burton and his DEX Imaging team head out West currently sitting seventh in the driver points standings, 89 points out of first place heading into the weekend.
· JGR in Las Vegas: JGR has 62 total starts at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the NXS, earning two wins, 18 top-five finishes, 33 top-10 finishes and five pole-starting positions. The team has led 926 laps, completed 11,794 of 12,473 attempted laps (94.6%) and earned an average start of 10.5 and an average finish of 12.8. Kyle Busch has both wins for JGR in 2016 and 2019.
