What To Watch For: 

World Wide Technology (WWT) Raceway at Gateway in Madison, Illinois has hosted 19 NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series races, one per season from 1998 to 2010 and then from 2014 to Present.

The first Gander Trucks race at WWT Raceway at Gateway was on September 19, 1998 and was won by Rick Carelli driving a Chevrolet for truck owner Marshall Chesrown.

The 19 Gander Truck races at WWT Raceway at Gateway have produced 12 different pole winners and 18 different race winners.

Greg Biffle (1998, 2000) and Ted Musgrave (2001, 2005) are tied for the series most poles at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway with two each. .

Ted Musgrave also leads the series in wins at WWT Raceway at Gateway with two (2001, 2005).

Of the 18 different winners, Justin Haley is the only driver to win his first career NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series race at WWT Raceway at Gateway in 2018.

The last 15 Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series races at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway (2002-2010 and 2014-2019) have produced as many different winners and the streak will continue this weekend as no former Gander Truck WWT Raceway at Gateway winners are entered.

Three of the 19 Gander Truck races have been won from the pole or first starting position – Ted Musgrave (2001, 2005) and Kevin Harvick (2010).

The deepest in the field that a Gander Trucks race winner has started at WWT Raceway at Gateway was 14th by David Starr in 2004.

Johnny Sauter leads the series in top-five finishes at WWT Raceway at Gateway with seven and his ThorSport Racing teammate Matt Crafton leads the series in top-10 finishes with nine.

Ted Musgrave leads the series in laps led at WWT Raceway at Gateway with 382. Christian Eckes leads all drivers entered this weekend in laps led at WWT Raceway with 91.
