- Sam Mayer qualified second for the third round of the ARCA East season. Mayer made a push for the lead on the opening laps, but got loose in the corner and settled into second until the first race break of the day. The team pitted for four tires, fuel and a trackbar adjustment during the break.
- Mayer fell to third on the restart, but was able to retake second on Lap 50 of the 125 lap race. Mayer settled into second and was able to take over the lead with 20 laps remaining in the race and would hold on to win at Dover.
- This is Mayer’s second victory of the 2020 ARCA East season and his second consecutive win at Dover International Speedway.
