  • Sam Mayer returns to the No. 21 this week for the sixth round of the Sioux Chief Showdown.
  • The No. 21 will feature the Kelly for Kids Foundation for Friday’s event in Daytona. Pro Football Hall of Famer Jim Kelly established the Kelly for Kids Foundation with a commitment to serving disadvantaged and disabled youth in Western New York.
  • The No. 21 team will compete with chassis No. 411 this weekend in Daytona. GMS ran this chassis at Watkins Glen in 2019 where Mayer qualified ninth and finished third.
  • IMSA driver Colin Braun will be on site as a relief driver for Mayer, who suffered a hairline fracture in an incident in the TransAm TA2 race at Road America last weekend.
