Tanner Foust Crowned ARX Champ

Today proved a victorious day at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course as Tanner Foust has been crowned as the 2019 Americas Rallycross Champion. With a dominate second half of the season, Foust captured two wins, 15 heat race wins and three podium finishes in the series’ sophomore season.

Honing his skills on and off track, Foust brings to the table a diverse background in various forms of racing that includes rallycross, drift and stunt driving, racking up accomplishments that include now two rallycross championships, X Games gold medals and world records. The first American driver to win a round of the European Rallycross Championship, Foust has been a competitive force since the sport was first introduced to the United States in 2010.

Since the series formed in 2018, Andretti Rallycross boasts six ARX wins and 33 wins since entering U.S. Rallycross competition in 2014. The team has earned two-consecutive series  championships (’18/Speed, ’19/Foust) and five U.S. Rallycross titles

TannerAndretti Rallycross fields two full-time entries in Americas Rallycross Supercars, with Foust and Cabot Bigham (No. 02 Oink Clothing Volkswagen).
