From the Cockpit:
Brandon Jones: ” Mid-Ohio is the most technical of the road courses that we go to every year. There’s a lot of elevation change and several slow sections that require a lot of finesse. I started preparing for this event a few weeks ago already, logging laps on both the Toyota simulator and iRacing to get used to my braking points. I’ve also spent a lot of time out at the go kart track on my days off, racing my shifter cart and making laps there. We’ll have NRG and Menards on our car this weekend and Mid-Ohio is always a big race in a big market for them, so hopefully we can have a strong showing for them this weekend.”
TIL NEXT TIME, I AM STILL WORKING ON MY REDNECK!
