Jarett Andretti, who recently announced his plans to race full-time in the Pirelli GT4 American Series with Andretti Autosport and manufacturer, McLaren, today announced that he’ll have continued support from long-time partner, Window World. Window World will serve as a co-primary sponsor for Andretti along with Endurance Auto Warranty in the Pirelli GT4 American Series for both Sprint and Sprint X races.
Window World, America’s largest window replacement and exterior home remodeling company, has been a supporter of the Andretti family since 2009. The company began serving as the primary sponsor for John Andretti in the 2009 Daytona and Indianapolis 500 and continued to support him through two more starts in the Indianapolis 500.
Recently, Window World has passed their support to John’s son, Jarett, and his career. The company was the first partner of Andretti Autosport Short Track and will now support Andretti as he enters sports car racing full-time. Jarett has also followed in his father’s footsteps by supporting Window World Cares®, the company’s philanthropic arm.
“I’m really thankful for all the support that Window World gives our family,” said Jarett Andretti. “They are wonderful friends, and their support will make our sports car program better at Andretti Autosport. We’ve built a solid program, and I know we can compete for wins and get Window World to victory lane.”
Jarett Andretti competed part-time in the TCR Class in 2018. He will now compete in a McLaren 570S with a co-driver to be announced later. Andretti brings Andretti Autosport back to sports car racing, and Window World is thrilled to join the new team effort.
“We are proud to continue our relationship with the Andretti family and Jarett,” said Chairman and CEO of Window World, Tammy Whitworth. “We have watched Jarett grow in his motorsports career, and he’s a great spokesperson for our company on and off the track. We’re looking forward to success in this next step with Jarett.”
“Our sports car program continues to get stronger with the support from Window World,” said Andretti Autosport CEO Michael Andretti. “Window World has been with John and Jarett for a long time. We’re happy to welcome them again to Andretti Autosport and continue that strong relationship.”
Andretti is a graduate of North Carolina State University who now lives in Indianapolis and races full-time. He is the son of John Andretti, the grandson of Aldo Andretti and the great-nephew of Mario Andretti.
He has carried on the family racing tradition and has championships in go-karts, the USAC Eastern Ignite Pavement Midget Series, the 410 Sprint Car division at the Lawrenceburg Speedway and is also an Indiana Sprint Car Series champion. In addition, Andretti is the 2014 USAC National Sprint Car Rookie of The Year and a former Rookie of The Year at the Oswego Speedway in the supermodified class. In 2018, Andretti competed part-time as a rookie in the TCR class.
