Andretti Autosport Indy Lights Preview Mid-Ohio

HONDA INDY 200 AT MID-OHIO
Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires

No. 27 MEXICO #AWorldOfItsOwn Mazda Driven By Patricio O’Ward

“I haven’t had much success at Mid-Ohip the past few years I’ve raced there, but I’m hopeful that will change this weekend. I really think can we land on the podium and bring home a couple more wins.  It’s a cool track and event and I know the No. 27 machine will be competitive. I am more than ready to extend my championship lead and keep racking up the hardware.”

“After a tough weekend in Toronto, I’m ready to get back at it this weekend. We fell back to second in the championship, but the season’s not over yet. We’ll continue the fight at one of my favorite tracks and I’m determined to take home a win in both races. I’m super excited and can’t wait for this weekend to get underway.”

“I’m so excited to race at Mid-Ohio this weekend. We had some mechanical issues last year in both races, but I feel like we have good pace here. I’ll have a lot of family and friends coming to the track this weekend to show their support and cheer me on, so I’m excited to give them a good show at home.”

“I can’t wait for the next two rounds of competition this weekend at Mid-Ohio. This is definitely one of my favorite tracks to race at on the schedule – it’s tight and fast and pretty physical which is always exciting. We just came back from a two-day test at Mid-Ohio and finished the second day the quickest – we’re looking to continue that momentum going into the race weekend. Heading into the latter part of the race season, we’re looking to finish the year strong, and I’m confident that the No. 28 K-Line / Ten80 Education crew can do that this weekend.”
