“Texas is always fun. Fresh pavement on that place should be really interesting. The track was really fast even with the old pavement. I spoke with Marcus Smith a few weeks ago, and he seemed really excited about the new configuration. It will be interesting to see how it changes what the drivers do off of Turn 2. But I think the new pavement itself is going to have a pretty big effect.
“Texas is a big race for Love’s Travel Stops. It’s their home track. We’re going to have an appearance on Saturdayafternoon at their Rhome store right down the road from the track. And we always have fun on the live channels of social media when it involves a Love’s store with the employees and customers. So I’m looking forward to seeing what comes with this upcoming Texas visit.”
