The remnants of tropical storm Andrea, the storm that came onshore at Tampa yesterday, has moved up the Eastern Seaboard, causing widespread rain and flooding throughout the Southeast and the Mid-Atlantic States.  The outreaching affects were seen all the way to Pocono Raceway in PA, on Friday.  Therefore, the “Fast Friday” Sprint Cup qualifying session has been cancelled by NASCAR.

The starting lineup for the race will be set via the NASCAR rule book.  Therefore, the points leader, Jimmie Johnson, will lead the 43 car field to the green flag Sunday.

Check out the starting line up for the Party at the Poconos 400.

TIL NEXT TIME, I AM STILL WORKING ON MY REDNECK!
