2010 Budweiser Shootout Rules Change

NASCAR has announced the new rule changes for the 2010 Budweiser Shootout.  The new criteria are based upon the following qualifications, with the eligibility on a driver having competed in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series in the last two seasons.
