NASCAR Xfinity Series rookie driver, Matt Mills will be making his first start at Michigan International Speedway (MIS) piloting the No. 15 JD Motorsports with Gary Keller Chevrolet Camaro in Saturday’s LTi Printing 250.
The NASCAR Xfinity Series will be using the same aero package at MIS that was used last weekend at Pocono Raceway. Mills ran a solid race at Pocono and finished with a clean racecar, so the No. 15 team will be bringing the same car this weekend.
“Michigan is going to be a challenge, but I feel ready for it after last weekend,” said Mills. “Last Saturday’s race at Pocono was one of the strongest races that I’ve had this year, so I have a great feeling about this weekend’s race with the same car and aero package.”
NASCAR Xfinity Series practice is scheduled for 1:05 p.m. and 3:05 p.m. ET Friday.
TIL NEXT TIME, I AM STILL WORKING ON MY REDNECK!
