The long awaited 2011 Sprint Cup, Nationwide, and Trucks schedule has now been officially released.  There are a few venues that have been realigned, a new venue for the Sprint Cup, and a second race for the Iowa Speedway.

The Phoenix race moves to the second race of the season, California’s Auto Club Speedway moves to the fifth race, and Kansas gets its first Sprint Cup race on June 5th.  Louden no longer starts out the Chase, and Chicagoland Speedway will be the first race of the 2011 Chase.

The spring date for Texas Motor Speedway will be a night race, and thus, the first night race of the 2011 season.

This is just the “reader’s digest” version of the 2011 schedule changes that await the drivers and the fans in 2011.

Check out the 2011 NASCAR schedule.

TIL NEXT TIME, I AM STILL WORKING ON MY REDNECK!
