Last summer Bristol Motor Speedway started, what is now becoming a tradition, of allowing the race car drivers to select the music to be played for their introduction to the crowd on Sunday.  It adds a little more insight to the drivers and their personality.

With that in mind, “Blazingly Bad” Brad Keselowski has selected his introduction music for Bristol……… it is Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers 1989 rock tune “I Won’t Back Down”!!!

Here are just a few of the lyrics…… very appropriate!

“I won’t  back down

No I won’t back down

You can stand me up at the gates of Hell

And I won’t back down.

No I’ll stand my ground, won’t be turned around

And I’ll keep this world from draggin’ me down

gonna stand my ground…

And I won’t back down.

Go get ‘em Brad!

TIL NEXT TIME, I AM STILL WORKING ON MY REDNECK!

Here is the Tom Petty video with a little help from Jeff Lynne (Electric Light Orchestra) ,Ringo Starr, and George Harrison (The Beatles)!
